Videographer / Photographer
Working with ECD and Head of Content and Creatives to shoot and direct creative content that will stand alone or be part of a wider campaign. You have a real passion for cinematography and photography. You love seeing how you can tell stories through the medium. From beautiful imagery to creating a coherent narrative. Collaborate with other Creatives and Designers to create compelling creative solutions. Apply your award-winning ideation skills across social media and digital platforms, with the ability to deliver a broad range of integrated campaigns or ideas, to the highest possible level. Junior Graphic Designer
Working with Midweight and Senior Designers to own social media design craft and capability, ensuring deliverables are of the highest quality. You will help define creative concepts and establish design assets that are feasible and innovative in the social media space.
Work with the Content Production team to direct, capture and communicate a narrative through video. Editing and assembling recorded raw footage into a suitable, high quality finished product and ensuring footage is ready for post-production.
Senior Digital & Social Media Account Manager
Manage the planning, creation and delivery of social media content plans for clients and work with creative studio to deliver designed assets for clients’ social media channels. You will have significant experience in owning client and key stakeholder relationships.
Digital and Social Media Account Director
Lead point of contact across key accounts in the business, responsible for activating the strategic vision for each engagement, building the plan to achieve this and delivering end-to-end creative process.
Freelance Digital & Social Media Manager
Work with Account Director to develop best-in-class digital strategy for clients, with the ability to lead a team internally and manage a client externally. 3+ years’ experience in an agency or similar.
Digital and Social Media Executive
To join our growing digital and social media team and help develop digital strategies, as well as playing a key role in regular social media content planning. 1+ years of experience within a sports or social media agency is preferable.
Working on multiple shoots/productions to ensure client briefs are met, instilling best practice processes and proactively pushing the boundaries with content. You will have extensive experience in production delivery roles for brands and organisations, from ideation to creation and delivery.
Working with internal and external team members and crew, manage the end-to-end production process for our clients’ productions. You have a real passion for cutting-edge digital and social content, a keen eye for detail and an organised approach to your work. Will involve some international travel and event attendance.
Performance Marketing Coordinator
Supporting and delivering on our clients’ performance marketing activity with a key focus on paid search and paid social. Working with our Performance Marketing Manager and wider team to ensure all performance marketing activity delivers against our clients’ strategies and goals. Managing multiple simultaneous campaigns across our clients, ensuring all are optimised for success.
Responsible for improving the agency’s overall operational effectiveness including capacity planning, setting and measuring objectives, enabling teams and day to day leadership activities. Will partner with the new business team to define new client approaches, operational set ups and commercial agreements to enable long term success.
